The jacket that defined the 2017 collaboration: Kim Jones’s Louis Vuitton × Supreme leather baseball jacket in red goatskin, printed edge to edge with the white Monogram and finished with the Supreme box logo at the hem.
The Piece
Cut as a classic varsity blouson, it is made entirely of supple goatskin printed with the white Monogram flower, LV initials and quatrefoils on a vivid red ground. The ribbed collar, cuffs and hem are knitted in red with white stripes, and the hem rib carries the woven “Supreme” wordmark.
The front closes with a two-way silver zip; two zipped pockets sit at the hips. Inside, a grey cupro lining carries the Louis Vuitton Paris label and the Italian size label. The Autumn 2017 style reference RM172 DOS HDL90W is printed on the care label.
Italian size 54 (roughly a US 44 or XL). Measured flat: chest 55 cm (21.7 in), length 65 cm (25.6 in), shoulder 48 cm (18.9 in), sleeve 72 cm (28.3 in).
