Sizing, Fit & Garment Care

Unsure how a vintage jacket, kimono, or sukajan will fit you? Share your height, usual sizes, and a link to the item so we can advise on fit, layering, and safe care for older fabrics.

Concierge & Special Requests

Interested in proxy buying, sourcing rare pieces, or building a small collection? Tell us your idea, budget range, and timeline. We will let you know if our Japonista Concierge Logistics™ services are the right fit.

How We Respond

We usually reply within 1–3 business days from Japan (GMT+9). For complex questions about fragile, oversize, or high-value items, we may take a little extra time to investigate details before answering. But upon receipt of your inquiry, we may ask a few questions that will help us properly answer to your request/s, so please stand by anytime. This is part of our museum-grade care.
