Doublet: Masayuki Ino, LVMH Prize Winner
Masayuki Ino has made ready-to-wear under the Doublet name since 2012. In 2018 the label won the LVMH Prize, which PEN described as a first for a Japanese brand. It is surveyed in Contemporary Japanese Designers and Brands to Watch and dated in the Encyclopedia.
The collection will fill as the archive grows. Season, size and condition are recorded in each description, and the season on the inside tag is often the best guide to dating a piece.
