- Judgement before purchase: we question sellers in Japanese about condition, age, repairs and completeness, and tell you plainly when a piece is not what it appears to be.
- Documentation on arrival: every acquisition is examined, photographed and recorded in Japan before it leaves.
- Packing for the object: trunks, armor, sculpture and framed works are wrapped, braced or crated for their form, not dropped into a standard carton.
- Export handled properly: tariff classification, country of origin and insured, tracked shipping are prepared for you.
- One point of contact: the same small team follows your search from first message to delivery.

Before any search begins we send a sourcing plan with its fees and expected duration, and nothing proceeds without your approval.
Can you handle large or heavy objects?
