A high-jewelry Panthère crafted entirely in solid K18 yellow gold, its silver dial ringed by brilliant-cut diamonds and crowned by a sculpted panther head with garnet eyes. Graded SA and near unused, it is complete with international guarantee, original box, push pin and instruction booklet.

The Piece

The panther has been Cartier's emblem of sensuality, power and sculptural elegance since the creative direction of Jeanne Toussaint, and it has become one of the most influential icons in the history of jewelry design. The HPI01380 carries that legacy into a watch that is equally a piece of jewelry art, with the feline intensity that has defined the Panthère line since the 1980s.

Case and bracelet are made entirely from solid 18K yellow gold, giving the watch a luxurious weight and a warm, luminous finish. A halo of brilliant-cut diamonds sets off the soft silver dial and its blue-steel Cartier hands, while the Panthère head, shaped in gold, is set with garnet eyes.

At 23.6 mm in diameter the watch keeps an elegant, wearable presence, and the bracelet length of approximately 16 cm gives a comfortable, secure fit. A Swiss quartz movement maintains the slim, graceful architecture, and water resistance is rated at 30 meters per specification, though high-jewelry watches always deserve care.
