返金ポリシー
Intrinsically speaking, since what we are selling here are to be taken as used, preloved, vintage and antique-related not brand new item/s, we are not entertaining and accepting returns or refunds after we have shipped the item unless there is a mistake on our end with regards to shipping the wrong product.
From the moment of purchase and during the handling period where in we are preparing your package or shipment, we can entertain cancellations or order changes under special circumstances. If you indeed wish to cancel, you will need to inform us within 3 days of payment and as long as the processing and packaging process has not been started. Any cancellation requests prior to actual shipment during this cooling off period will be charge a restocking fee of anywhere 20%-40% of the purchase costs as penalty. We hope and pray that all orders are carefully thought and considered prior to receiving the payment.
This means only that we take all orders and purchases seriously and not those made out of itchy shopping urges or whims prone to change of mind. We are dearly asking all of our dear clients and patrons to carefully consider, examine the information (description and pictures provided) provided in each listing and add some allowance in your estimates regarding the condition and expectations before making a decision to make a purchase and settling the payment.
If you have questions, doubts/qualms or anything we advise you to do not buy unless they are cleared and answered beforehand. We appreciate questions and inquiries from clients / customers before making a purchase and not after when the payment is made and the deal is considered done on top of the given and provided information.
It is our motto to:
1) Do our best to represent the quality of the products listed thru the photos that are provided and available.
2) Carefully disclose any observable flaws or imperfections within our capacity and to the best of our ability as we deem appropriate and relevant to the integrity of the item or listing in written words in the description or thru the provision of specific photos of the probable concern.

We strongly advise everyone to give extra allowance in case we are not able to fully describe the condition of the product or item within our capacity to meet your expectations. In such cases, please do clarify and ask questions before making a purchase. We are happy to confirm the condition and answer inquiries all the time.

If your return request is accepted under any reason/s (mainly due to the shipping error from our end), we’ll discuss the details and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
***Under very special circumstances wherein the return request is accepted to the favor of the customer whilst we did not commit any mistake with regards to the fulfillment of the order, the shipping costs incurred in sending and return shipping costs shall be both shouldered by the client under any circumstances and there is a restocking fee of 30% charged on the products price (shipping costs will not be refunded).
Exchanges
In cases where it is deemed that there is an honest fault and need to exchange an item to another one that is available, then please do discuss with us on how to proceed with the returns and let us know your intentions via email within 3 days of recorded arrival and receipt of the package.
The fastest way to ensure you get is to make a separate purchase for the new item and contact us to confirm your intent to exchange the item and then return / ship us back the original order. After safely confirming the receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue the refund for the purchase costs less the original shipping and handling costs incurred in sending the initial order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
