Louis Vuitton SS2024 Pharrell Pearl-Embellished Track Jacket with LV Initials, Chocolate Brown, Size M

A chocolate-brown track jacket from Pharrell Williams's debut Louis Vuitton season, traced in faux pearls along every seam, pocket and placket, with pearl-set LV initials at the chest.

The Piece

Pearls were the private joke and public signature of Pharrell Williams's spring-summer 2024 debut. He had worn them for years, and on the runway they appeared on denim, tailoring and sportswear alike, turning athletic shapes into something closer to jewellery.

This track jacket is the clearest expression of that idea. The body is a smooth polyamide and cotton jersey in deep chocolate brown, with a high ribbed collar, ribbed cuffs and hem, and a gold-tone front zip. Rows of graduated faux pearls run along the shoulders and the full length of each sleeve, frame the placket, outline both kangaroo-style pockets and edge the neck, while a patch at the chest spells LV in pearls. The back is left plain except for a small tonal embroidered motif below the collar.

Size M fits true with a slightly relaxed body. The pearls catch light with every movement, so it works as the single statement over a white T-shirt or a fine knit.
