The Piece

Utility clothing is one of the constant threads of Junya Watanabe MAN, and his cargo trousers are among the most worn pieces of the line: technical in detail, but cut with the ease of workwear. The Spring/Summer 2024 version is one of the most elaborate, built up in tiers of pockets.

Reference WM-P004 is made in a black cotton and nylon blend, with an elastic waist and a webbing belt at the front. Each leg carries stacked bellows cargo pockets closed with side-release buckles and long straps, there are zipped pockets at the hips and back, and a strap detail runs between the legs at the back for a strong silhouette.

The cut is relaxed through the seat and thigh and cropped above the ankle with a slight taper. Size M fits a waist of about 78 cm upwards, adjustable at the waistband.
