A Vacheron Constantin high jewelry watch in which the oldest continuously operating watchmaker turns fully to gem setting: an octagonal 18K yellow gold case framed in marquise-cut diamonds, a dial paved entirely in diamonds and a matching jeweled bracelet. It is preserved in SA rank condition with only faint handling marks.

The Piece

This ladies' high jewelry watch joins Vacheron Constantin's centuries-old watchmaking heritage to the grandeur of high diamond artistry. Fashioned in solid 18K yellow gold, it centers on a geometric, octagonal case framed with layers of marquise-cut and brilliant-cut diamonds, giving the piece a commanding presence and sculptural brilliance.

The dial is fully paved with diamonds, a seamless field of light that sets off the larger stones around it. The bracelet continues the same lavish treatment, so that the whole reads as one jewel and wears more like a haute couture adornment than a conventional timepiece.

Beneath the stones runs a manual-wind mechanical movement, keeping the charm of classical craftsmanship within a jewelry-led design. With a case of approx. 23 mm and a bracelet configured for an approx. 16 cm wrist, it is a vintage high jewelry piece in a very rare configuration.
