A monumental, kaleidoscopic Louis Vuitton Monogram reimagined in Takashi Murakami’s flowers and playful motifs, framed by a procession of Superflat blooms. Made for the collaboration’s 20 Year Anniversary Celebration, this 135 cm wool-silk shawl is unused and boxed.

The Piece

At the center sits the Monogram rebuilt in Murakami’s visual language, instantly recognizable and uplifting. A border of Superflat flowers runs around the entire edge and turns the shawl into a living artwork; every element, from directional pointing hands to expressive character blooms, reflects Murakami’s merger of the cute, the surreal and the conceptual.

The wool-silk blend drapes with both softness and structure, so the shawl can be worn as a wrap, framed as an art textile or preserved as a collector’s piece, and its oversized 135 × 135 cm format gives Murakami’s bright language a generous canvas.
