Louis Vuitton × Yayoi Kusama Casquette Painted Dots Cap M7063M, Black Cotton with White and Silver Dots

A black cap scattered with white and mirrored-silver dots, the Kusama collaboration reduced to a single, wearable gesture.

The Piece

The Painted Dots casquette sets Kusama’s motif on a plain black crown so the circles do all the talking: some chalk white, some silver, none identical. At the back, a leather strap closes with a Louis Vuitton buckle.

It is one of the few Kusama pieces that works as everyday wear rather than as a collector’s object.
