A Type II denim jacket in the 507XX pattern, from the leather-patch period, with twin chest pockets and a single-sided tab.
The Piece
The Type II adds a second chest pocket and a plain, pleated front, the shape that defined the denim jacket for decades. This one has faded to an even mid-blue with a lighter yoke and stronger indigo in the back panel.
A single-sided tab and pieced repairs mark it as a jacket that has lived a long life.
