The upright caviar vanity of the mid-1990s: a boxy black case with the CC embossed large on the front, a gold zip across the top and a single handle.

The Piece

Pebbled black caviar covers the rigid body, the double C pressed deep into the front panel. The gold-tone zip runs the full width with a CC charm on the pull; inside, black leather holds an elasticated pocket and an open compartment for brushes and bottles.

Measures 15 × 17 × 12 cm (5.9 × 6.7 × 4.7 in). Serial 4202…, 4 series; made in France; with the authenticity card and serial sticker.
