Limi feu: A Yamamoto Family Label

Born in 1974, Limi Yamamoto is the daughter of Yohji Yamamoto, and she started her own label in 2000. She showed at Tokyo Fashion Week from 2000 to 2007 and made her Paris debut in October 2007. The name is written with a lower-case feu. The label is dated in the Encyclopedia, and her father’s work is gathered in the Yohji Yamamoto collection.

Pieces join the collection as the archive grows, each with its season, size and condition written into the description. The season on the inside tag is usually the surest way to date a garment.
