The back carries oversized “Bathing Ape” script above the motto “Ape Shall Never Kill Ape,” worked in multicolored chainstitch embroidery across the rear pockets. The phrase became synonymous with the brand's early philosophy of unity within street culture and remains one of its most celebrated signature designs.

The deep indigo body keeps the front understated, so the embroidery becomes the focal point.
