The Immovable Wisdom King sits before a carved halo of flame, bearing the sword that cuts through delusion and the rope that binds. At approximately 142 cm, this Fudo Myoo carries the scale of a temple hall and the severity of esoteric Buddhist devotion, a single icon able to command an entire room.
The Piece
A monumental devotional statue of Fudo Myoo conceived for temple or hall display, presented seated with a carved flame mandorla and the classic sword-and-rope iconography of the esoteric Wisdom Kings. At approximately 142 cm in height, the work is architectural in scale, meant to govern a space, not merely decorate it.
Fudo Myoo (Acala) is a central protector figure in Japanese esoteric Buddhism. He embodies immovable resolve: fierce compassion that confronts obstacles directly. The sword symbolizes discriminating wisdom that cuts through obstruction; the rope represents disciplined containment, binding what must be restrained and drawing in what must be guided. The flame mandorla is the visual doctrine of transformation, the burning away of ignorance into clarity.
Temple-scale works that succeed often read as quietly severe, authoritative without being noisy. This is a work for the collector who acquires presence rather than ornament, creating a threshold moment in a private hall, studio or institutional setting where a single icon can govern the room.

Freight and Crating
At this scale the statue requires freight-class packing: a rigid crate with custom internal supports protecting the halo and attributes. EMS and standard parcel services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS cannot carry it, so it travels by cargo or freight, with custom crating, reinforced packing and coordination with domestic logistics providers, freight consolidators and export brokers.
Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 weeks, depending on routing, carrier availability and customs clearance. Actual shipping costs may differ from automated calculator estimates. Part of the expected cost may already be reflected in the price, and any difference is quoted separately once destination and handling requirements are confirmed. Collectors are asked to request an exact quotation for their destination before purchase.
