This reversible Tailor Toyo (東洋エンタープライズ) sukajan celebrates the United States Air Force 67th Fighter-Bomber Squadron “Fighting Cocks,” associated with Ashiya Air Base, Japan, combining military insignia, Japanese geography, mythical creatures and aviation-inspired artwork. It is a modern reproduction inspired by the souvenir jackets of the 1950s and 1960s: a wearable historical illustration of American air power stationed in Japan, and of the Japanese craftsmen who turned military souvenirs into one of the world's most recognizable streetwear traditions.
