Shipping Flow Chart:
Once the order is received, we will be processing the packaging and shipment within 7-12 business days or as early as we can. This is our handling time in allowing us to carefully pack and send your orders working with our warehouse and storage fulfillment center. After which, the package/s will be passed to the Japan Post facility and cleared prior to loading and boarding the carrier to your country.
Once the Japan Post clears the package, normally, it takes 4-10 days in additional time ( Japan Post EMS or Express Mail Service) on top of the handling period to deliver your orders. In total, please allow anything between 11-22 days to fulfill your orders and in some cases maybe more, due to unexpected delays which is out of our control.
Once the item is picked up and processed by the Japan Post, you should be receiving a shipping update with us including the tracking number/s and packaging photos of the order in an email to alert you of what you should be expecting beforehand and be assured that we do our best in packing your items safely.
Damages and issues:
Upon delivery and receipt, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
These are the SOPs when reporting damages or any other related issues:
1) Take substantial photos of the received packaged in different angles, showing and displaying the damages. Examine the product inside and take photos of the condition.
2) Report at once to the local office of the Post Office or delivering party the incident and seek forms to file an official Damage Report by submitting evidence to them and bringing the case to their attention. After this step is finished, you can go ahead and send us a detailed email stating the incident and if possible, please send us a PDF copy via email the proof of your claims and pictures to back up the incident. We solicit your entire cooperation during this process and emphasize that the accident or incident has been incurred during transit and do not mention in part of whole any blame on our side causing the casualty.
3) Insurance claims and payouts are to be processed and after 1-3 months or once the deliberation is out by the Japan Post, we will be informed of the results of the coverage and claims if it is approved or not.
