Junya Watanabe x Levi's SS2025 Reconstructed Trucker Jacket, Frayed Panels, Vintage-Wash Indigo, Size XS (Oversized)

The Piece

Junya Watanabe's partnership with Levi's has run for two decades and is one of the most respected collaborations in Japanese fashion. Each season he takes the brand's archetypes, the 501 and the trucker jacket above all, and reconstructs them, so that the familiar Levi's details are still there but rearranged into something new.

This trucker is built from denim in at least two washes. Pale, sun-bleached panels with heavy fading and whiskering sit across the chest and back, framed by darker indigo yokes, sleeves and bands. Every join is finished with a raw, frayed edge left deliberately loose. The pointed collar, button front, flap chest pockets and adjustable waist tabs follow the classic trucker pattern, while the proportions have been blown up: dropped shoulders, a wide body and a cropped length.

The neck carries the co-branded Levi's and Junya Watanabe label. The care label gives product code JO-J202, 100% cotton, dated AD2024, which places it in the Spring/Summer 2025 season. It is made in Japan by Comme des Garçons.

Although marked XS, the measurements show how generous the cut is: a 60 cm shoulder and nearly 64 cm across the chest. It wears as a roomy, slouchy jacket on most women and many men, ideal over a hoodie or a heavy knit.
