The Piece

Panels of nylon and open mesh are joined with clips, cords and drawstrings, so that the jacket can be gathered, cinched or left to hang in different shapes. The hood opens to a mesh lining, and a woven JUNYA WATANABE label and a care label dated AD2023 sit inside.

The cut is deliberately irregular, wide in the hem and body, in keeping with the designer’s long-running work with technical fabrics.
