Chanel Beige Lambskin Chain Belt with Coin Medallions, Tie Ends

Beige lambskin ribbon woven through a gilt chain, finished at each end with a CC coin medallion. 126 cm of strap that ties in a bow or wraps twice, supplied in its Chanel box.

The Piece

The chain-and-leather weave is the signature that Gabrielle Chanel borrowed from the key chain of a convent warden, and in this belt it forms a soft sash rather than a rigid band.

The 2 cm lambskin strap is knotted or wound at the waist, and the two coin medallions weigh the ends.
