The SARU bezel’s graduated sapphires, rubies and tapered diamonds crown a fully pavé-set 18K yellow gold case and a champagne diamond dial, and the watch arrives complete with its guarantee and presentation box.

The Piece

The 116758SARU joins gem artistry to mechanical endurance: an 18K yellow gold case wrapped in full pavé diamond brilliance, a champagne diamond dial that radiates an unbroken field of light, and a bezel arranged in a graduated arc of blue sapphires, rubies and tapered diamonds unique to this reference.

In the hand, the gold mass conveys immediate authority, balanced by the measured geometry of the Oyster case. Pavé-set lugs, crown guards and bracelet shoulders amplify the architecture, while beneath the jewelry the automatic GMT calibre preserves the line's aviation lineage, with dual time, date and a rotating bezel, so the watch remains a fully capable travel instrument.

The GMT-Master II was born for intercontinental pilots; in the 116758SARU it becomes a jewel.
