A 41mm Day-Date 218348A in 18K yellow gold, its champagne dial punctuated by eight brilliant-cut diamonds and two baguettes, framed by a diamond-set bezel and carried on the President bracelet. Overhauled and accompanied by its 2018 warranty card, it presents with excellent visual integrity.

The Piece

The Rolex Day-Date 218348A is among the most expressive configurations of the modern President series, a fusion of 18K yellow gold, champagne warmth and diamond geometry in the line that has defined Rolex's highest tier of prestige since 1956.

The dial has the understated radiance of the champagne-gold palette used in late-2000s Day-Date executions. Eight brilliant-cut diamonds serve as luminous markers, with two baguette diamonds anchoring the layout at 6 and 9 o'clock in symmetry, each placement following Rolex's strict grading criteria for clarity and optical consistency. The diamond-set bezel amplifies the composition without overstatement, delivering brilliance through structured geometry.

The 41mm case is powered by the Calibre 3155 automatic movement, with double quickset and instantaneous day and date switching, known for consistent amplitude and long-term service stability. Paired with the President bracelet, long associated with leadership and accomplishment, the 218348A balances gravitas with quiet glamour, gaining presence without losing Rolex's classical proportions.
