Louis Vuitton Vivienne GI0382 objeto de colección de denim Monogram y madera natural, 2019, azul

A cooler, more casual reading of Louis Vuitton's Vivienne character, this 2019 GI0382 sets blue Monogram denim petals around a face and body of natural-grain wood. Red leather accents and a miniature chain bag add texture, and at about 20 cm tall it suits a cabinet or shelf while holding its own within a collection.

The Piece

The design centers on Vivienne's familiar Monogram Flower silhouette. Four rounded petals surround the wooden face, each covered in denim that moves between washed indigo, medium blue and darker tones, giving the surface a subtle patchwork rhythm. Oversized LV initials and Monogram Flower motifs are worked into the petals alongside tonal denim patterning, contrasting natural wood, red leather arm details, silver-tone hardware and miniature chain-accessory detailing.

Material contrast drives the piece. The exposed wood keeps its visible natural grain, giving each section organic variation, warmth and sculptural solidity, while the precisely shaped denim brings a more relaxed, fashion-driven texture whose woven tones shift under changing light. Suspended across the front, a miniature bag in patchwork-style blue material with chain hardware and red leather attachment points returns the figure to Louis Vuitton's leather-goods heritage.

Vivienne transforms one of the house's historic Monogram Flower motifs into a three-dimensional decorative character, a format that lets the Maison combine wood, leather, denim, hardware and miniature accessory-making in a single object. Operating at once as mascot, fashion reference and decorative sculpture, this denim edition speaks to collectors drawn to Louis Vuitton denim, Monogram textiles, miniature leather goods or the Maison's more unusual objects.

Its compact scale suits a glass collector cabinet, a design bookshelf or console, or a place beside trunks, small leather goods and other Louis Vuitton denim, and it can anchor a contemporary fashion-object collection as a centerpiece among smaller accessories. Denim and wood together give it a warmer, more tactile presence than a purely resin or leather decorative object.
