The long Brazza wallet from Kim Jones’s Autumn 2017 collaboration with the Chapman Brothers: a giraffe drawn in pale line across Damier Ébène canvas, striding over a blue and white Savane band.
The Piece
The Damier Ébène check runs edge to edge, interrupted by a horizontal blue, white and navy stripe with the giraffe drawn across it in the Chapmans’ loose hand. The wallet folds in half: inside, black Taïga-grain leather carries twelve card slots, two bill compartments, two flat pockets and a zipped coin pocket.
Stamped Louis Vuitton Paris, made in France. The wallet alone; no box or dust bag.
Measures 19 × 9.5 × 2 cm (7.5 × 3.7 × 0.8 in) closed.
