Canada Goose’s polar parka in rescue orange, reworked with Junya Watanabe MAN: reflective bands, D-ring utility loops and a clear ID window on a fully down-filled shell made in Canada.
The Piece
Junya Watanabe MAN and Canada Goose have collaborated several times, each time taking the Canadian maker’s cold-weather engineering and adding the vocabulary of workwear and rescue gear. This parka belongs to that line, carrying the Arctic Program disc on the sleeve and a Junya Watanabe MAN label inside.
The shell is Canada Goose’s polyester-cotton blend in a vivid orange, with reflective tape across the chest and back, rows of steel D-rings on the front, a clear-window ID pocket on the chest and a utility pocket on the sleeve. The two-way front zip closes under a hook-and-loop placket, and the hood has a toggled drawcord and a fleece-lined collar. Eight outer pockets and four inside make it as practical as it looks.
Inside, a quilted nylon lining over 80% down and 20% feather fill. Made in Canada, size XS (Canadian sizing, which runs generously).
