Hermès Bolide 45 in Brown Togo with Gold and Silver Hardware, X Stamp (2016)

A Hermès Bolide 45 in brown Togo with gold and silver hardware, stamped X for 2016.

The Piece

The Bolide takes its name from the speeding car it recalls, with a rounded barrel body, a zip across the top and a pair of rolled handles. In the large 45 size and in grained Togo it has room for a weekend’s luggage and the weight of the leather to match.

The mixed gold and silver hardware gives it a quiet, worn-in elegance, and the X stamp dates it to 2016.
