All sales are deemed final and binding as a legal contract. If you have any questions or concerns please ask before bidding or buying. We reserve the right to pursue unpaid transactions thru collection agencies if you do not pay on time. If you are satisfied with your purchase, please leave us positive feedback and we will do the same for you. However, if you feel you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any problems, please consult us first before thinking of leaving a feedback so that we can work out any positive and constructive resolution that is fair and just for both sides. Once a feedback is left, it will be very hard to open closed doors already. We will be happy to extend extra care and service to buyers who let us know their frank opinion and give us the benefit of the doubt before acting and leaving a careless feedback.
All sales and purchases are final and non-refundable. Only merchandise credit will be applied which means, buyer must choose an appropriate item/s as exchange for at least the same amount of item/s originally purchased or more. Adjustments will be made accordingly after confirmation of availabilities of the item/s requested. Basically, we follow the rule, buyer beware so buyer must check all information and sizes prior to making a purchase decision. All items are represented to the best of our availabilities in terms of actual sizing and pictures.
If the size does not fit or too small or too large, we will only exchange the item under the following conditions:
We must be informed within 3 days of receipt of item.
Buyer must return the item/s within 10 days via a trackable shipping service such as EMS.
Buyer will pay for return shipping costs and re-shipping costs as well.
If the buyer wishes to return all items for any other reasons, the following shall be applied:
There will be a 30% restocking fee to cover for the hassle, trouble and labor in processing the order and item. This is a fair condition given that all listings are appropriately described with the sizes and pictures clearly shown. Any further mistake shall be totally on the buyer's area of responsibility, thus, the 30% restocking fee.
Total refund amount shall be -> Total item costs paid less (Shipping costs to buyer + 30% restocking fee of actual amount)
Buyer shall return the item in the same condition as we have sent them (with tags) and bear the shipping costs for the return trip as well.
Refund shall be issued after successful and safe return of the items.
