Shipping Method - via EMS Only
We will ship to virtually any address in the world. Our Shipping Method in all cases shall only be EMS and there will be no exceptions. We believe that our clients put reliability and safetiness the main concern, thus, we are only providing the most cost-effective and safest method by shipping via EMS only.
There were instances wherein both we and our clients suffered from losses incurred thru other shipping methods due to non-availability of tracking information online and the long duration needed for the item to arrive in other methods which is prone to losses and accidents.
We will ship your order from within 5 business days from Japan. We will register the tracking information in the Paypal details transaction page and you should get informed by email by Paypal regarding this information.
WARNING! When articles are sent overseas, there are cases where customs duties of the receiving country are incurred. Please be aware that in such cases the addressee becomes liable for the customs duties involved. Most European countries are subject to longer delays due to stricter inspections due to Anti-Terrorist Bills and Countermeasures (Italy, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, France). If your item does not arrive within 1 week from the time we informed that your item was shipped, please use the tracking number and make a direct inquiry to the nearest local post office located in your place.

Shipping Costs
Please keep in mind when estimate your shipping costs, the total weight of all items in your order is added to the weight of the box and packing material required for shipment, for example carton box can weigh from 0.4kgs to 0.6kgs. On top of this, the rates are adjusted to the Paypal Exchange Rate with a little excess to cover for a small handling fee needed to pack the items safely.

Returns and Refunds
We always accept requests to return merchandise for any reason if made within 10 days of its delivery to you. The item must be in its original condition and tags attached with no damage or trace of usage when returned. Likewise, we must be informed of the intention to retention within 3 days upon receipt of the item so that we can be notified of the situation appropriately. Please note that unless the return is necessary because of a shipping error or defective merchandise, the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Japan is the client's responsibility. When the item is shipped back, we must be informed of a tracking number and once the item is returned to us in its original condition, we will proceed to sending your item again.
